Plus and Family

• Cancel: in the iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions › KartLive. Your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
• Restore on a new iPhone: in KartLive, Profile › Plan › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple account.
• Family: the organiser invites up to 3 people from Profile › Plan › Family. Members keep access while the organiser's plan lasts.
• Refunds: Apple handles them, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your account

• Delete it: in KartLive, Profile › Account › Delete account. Your data is deleted right away.
• Ads: the free version shows sponsors and non-personalized ads; Plus and Family have none. Where the law asks for it, Profile › Ads › Ad privacy choices reopens Google's privacy choices.

A mistake in the results?

Results come from the organisers' timing. If something about a driver is wrong, or a driver or their parent wants to object to appearing in KartLive, write to privacy@kartlive.app.
